BiFluence

How It Works

Four steps, from your requirements to a published link and a transparent report.

Step 1

Share Your Requirements

Provide your target URL, niche, country, preferred metrics, anchor text and campaign requirements. Use the Get a Quote form — it takes a few minutes.

Step 2

Publisher Research

We identify relevant publishers and evaluate their suitability against ten quality checks, including relevance, traffic, content and editorial standards.

Step 3

Approval and Outreach

We confirm opportunities with you, coordinate content where needed, and obtain publisher approval before anything goes live.

Step 4

Placement and Reporting

We deliver the published URL and a transparent placement report for each placement.

The BiFluence process, step by step

Step 1 — Tell us what you need

Everything starts with the Get a Quote form. Your target website, your niche, your country, how many links you need, and what a good link looks like for you. It takes a few minutes, and it saves days of back and forth later.

If you are not sure about something — anchor text, metrics, how many links — say so. We will ask the right questions instead of guessing.

Step 2 — We research publishers

We find sites in your niche and check each one against ten quality checks: topical relevance, organic visibility, traffic quality, country relevance, content quality, indexation, editorial standards, outbound link patterns, spam indicators and authenticity. A site has to pass the checks before we ever write to it.

You then see the shortlist and approve it. Nothing goes ahead without your say-so. If a publisher does not fit, we say so and keep looking.

Step 3 — Approval and outreach

Once you approve the publishers, we contact each one with a personal message written for that site. Where content is needed, we agree the topic with the publisher and coordinate the brief, the draft and their feedback. The publisher edits and approves everything before it goes live.

Publishers reply on their own time. Some answer in days, some take weeks. We follow up where it makes sense, and we keep you updated so you are never left wondering what is happening.

Step 4 — Placement and reporting

When a placement is live, we send you the published URL and a written report: the publisher, the link type, the anchor text and its status. You can check every link yourself. If a publisher removes a placement, tell us and we will check it, contact the publisher, and confirm the replacement terms for your campaign in writing.

What we need from you

Your target URL and pages, your niche, your target country, how many links you need, your preferred anchor text, and anything you want us to avoid. That is all. The rest is our job.
