Blogger Outreach
Manual outreach to relevant publishers and websites — researched, personal and written for each publisher.
Outreach is done by hand, one publisher at a time.
What it is
Blogger outreach is the work of finding the right publishers for your website and contacting them directly, one by one, to agree a relevant link placement. We research the site, check its quality, and write a message that fits that publisher — no mass email blasts, no bought link lists.
A good outreach email reads like it was written by a person who actually read the site. That is the bar we set. We read the publisher's recent articles, we find the right person to write to, and we explain in plain words why a link from your site would make sense for their readers. Most publishers can tell a template from a real email in the first line. So can we.
Outreach is not a numbers game for us. We would rather send ten careful emails than a hundred copied ones. The ten get replies. The hundred get deleted.
Who it is for
This service suits you if you need relevant links but do not have the time, or the team, to run outreach yourself. That includes SEO agencies with more clients than hands, digital marketing agencies that need links inside a wider campaign, SaaS companies that want links from sites their buyers read, affiliate site owners who need steady links in their niche, and in-house SEO teams who know their site well and want extra hands for the outreach itself.
It does not suit you if you want links fast and do not care where they come from. We will not pitch sites we would not want a link from ourselves, and we will not send you a long list of weak placements to make the numbers look good.
What you get
- Publisher researchA shortlist of relevant publishers, checked before we contact any of them.
- Your approval firstYou see the publisher and agree it before we go ahead.
- Personal outreachEach email is written for that publisher, not copied from a template.
- Published URLThe live link to every placement, so you can check it yourself.
- Written reportPublisher, link type, anchor text and status for each placement.
- Honest updatesIf a publisher says no, or a reply is slow, we tell you.
How it works
- Share your requirements. Tell us your target URL, your niche, your country, how many links you need, and what a good link looks like for you. The Get a Quote form asks for all of it.
- We research publishers. We find sites in your niche and check each one against our ten quality checks — relevance, traffic, content, editorial standards and more.
- You approve the shortlist. You see the publishers we found and agree which ones we contact. Nothing goes ahead without your say-so.
- We write and follow up. We contact each publisher with a personal message, follow up once or twice where it makes sense, and handle the replies.
- Placement and reporting. When a placement is live, we send you the published URL and a written report.
Quality checks
Every publisher is screened for topical relevance, organic visibility, traffic quality, country relevance, content quality, indexation, editorial standards, outbound link patterns, spam indicators and authenticity before we contact them. A single metric never decides it. Domain authority or domain rating alone does not guarantee quality — a high score on one tool means little if the site has no real readers in your niche.
What we need from you
Your target website and the pages you want links to, your niche in a few words, your target country, how many links you need, your preferred anchor text, and anything you want us to avoid — sites, topics, or link types. The more specific you are, the better the publishers we can find. If you are not sure about any of it, say so in the form and we will ask the right questions.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is blogger outreach?
Blogger outreach is contacting website owners directly to agree a relevant link placement, usually through a guest post or a link in existing content.
How long does outreach take?
Timelines depend on the publisher and the campaign. Some publishers reply in days, others take weeks. We confirm the expected timeline for each opportunity before you approve it, and we do not promise a guaranteed timeframe.
Can I approve publishers first?
Yes. You approve the publisher opportunity before any placement goes live.
Do you use email templates?
No. Each outreach message is written for that publisher, after reading their site. A template is easy to spot, and publishers delete them.
